At the Zoo

As of 2004 and subject to certain conditions, SKOR will make the Inkijk available to other art organizations that will take on the Inkijk's programming.

The video work ‘At the Zoo’ (2006) by visual artist Hanneke de Feijter, was shown in the Inkijk in August 2006.
‘At the Zoo’ portrays De Feijter’s observations of visitors to Artis who she films in front of the windows of the animal cages. The sacrifice that these incarcerated animals have made seems unnecessary to the artist as few visitors muster up enough concentration to really observe the animals.
