Amsterdam, SKOR - de Inkijk
artist:
Hoop
A wall-to-wall print by Harmen de Hoop was on exhibition at the Inkijk from 1 September to 12 October 2006.
Harmen de Hoop creates public art that doesn’t seem to be visual art at first glance. Indeed sometimes his work isn’t even noticed despite the fact that it often alters the specific and often urban location in which it is placed. By adding, moving or taking away items, de Hoop toys with the perceptions of passers by and questions the use of that respective public place.
Since 2004 and subject to certain conditions, SKOR made de Inkijk available to artists and art organizations.
