The Inkijk will be transformed into a kiosk. Instead of offering all kinds of newspapers and magazines, this kiosk will only have one newspaper available. THIS WEEK, a newspaper, is distributed for free and self- published. It has a fictional nature consisting only of newspaper headlines that are taken out of their context - lacking any geographical, political or time-related reference. The headline becomes a container for new thought-triggers based on what you may have read in newspapers before. It explores your personal archive of associations and provokes new meanings.

THIS WEEK is part of an ongoing project by Felix Weigand called ‘Shortforms’. This project deals with the phenomena of speed in a fast moving society. The project explores acceleration and abbreviation ranging from printed matter to other disturbances.
