The keynote of Paul Vendel’s work of art is a porcelain sink, normally used in bathrooms and restrooms. 194 pipes project out of the silver-colored sphere in the center of the sculpture while inverted sinks were run through the outlets of the pipes. During the evening when residents or visitors sit on the benches surrounding the pool, this spiked sphere lights up in blue. The sculpture was placed in the middle of a circular pool and acts as a unique eye-catcher.
