Foundation Art and Public SpaceArtists are on a quest for love in Amsterdam. They aim to confront by holding up a mirror to the general public while posing questions and offering inspiration. Liefde in de stad is a long-term project comprising several editions. In each of these the encouragement of love in the city will be the central focus. Through performances, temporary installations and events artists, writers and musicians will point out affectionate alternatives to and organize heartfelt demonstrations against our increasingly heartless society.
‘Liefde in de stad’ (‘Love in the City’) was initiated by Paradiso and aims to spread love during these callous and confused times. The performances segment was organized with the help of SKOR.
